Embark on an Educational Adventure
Take your child by the hand and take our journey through the greatest educational roadway with the leading private preschool and kindergarten-first grade. Beginning your child’s journey with the tactile and sensory activities that every young child should experience, he or she will learn colors, shapes, and counting through games, dancing, singing, and fingerplays.

Toddler Program
“A person’s a person, no matter how small.”
All aboard on their journey, your child’s learning takes a detour where socialization becomes central and basic skills include potty training, the importance of good handwashing, and other healthy habits. Learning continues with recognition of both the upper and lower alphabets, numbers, and beginning sounds that include our new “alphardy” by Dr. Jean.
Preschool Program
“You’re off to great places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so . . . get on your way.”
Two miles down the road, we reach the next classroom, where phonetics becomes part of our journey. Again, the “alphardy” by Dr. Jean is used each morning, and we continue our recognition of lower- and upper-case letters and numbers. The child is learning to count out items with “taking away” and “adding to another item.”
Pre-Kindergarten Program
“The more that you read, the more things that you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
Another mile, and your child will reach our pre-kindergarten. Our rotation schedule allows children to journey to and from a room filled with activities. These include national, international, and local themes; a music class with singing and dancing and lots of movement; and an art classroom where they are taught painting techniques by authentic artists.
Take your child’s hand and get ready to travel because your child is now ready for Pre-Kindergarten class.
Montessori Program
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You are on your own, and you know what you know. And you are the guy who will decide where to go.”
“Oh, the places” your child will go when he or she goes to the new rotation schedule where we add two hours of Montessori with a traditional preschool that prepares them for future placements in the primary grade levels. Montessori is self-directed learning where the child learns responsibility as well as many educational concepts, including math, science, and geography. Our preschool imitates the functionality of traditional learning standards that your child will need when they reach primary grade levels.
K– First Grade
“Today you are you that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you.”
The journey does not stop until we cross the bridge to our primary grade levels of K–1st grade. Our kindergarten and first grade are full-day accredited programs. We follow the educational guidelines found in the Standards of Learning set forth by the Department of Education for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our ratio of one to twelve includes Spanish, physical education, and music instruction daily.
